The little PVC skirt is a wardrobe basic.  It's a half circle, so it will twirl! These are 17" - 18" from waist to hem.

(Spandex skirt shown so you can see how short it is.)

All sizes are available in black and red. Other colors may take an extra day or two. 

Please be aware, the purple, rose pink, tan and 80s green pvc were made on a white backing.
