This long PVC circle skirt is a wardrobe basic. It's a half circle so it will twirl! It's 32" from waist to hem. 

All sizes are available in black and red. Other colors may take an extra day or two. 

Please be aware, the purple, rose pink, tan and 80s green pvc were made on a white backing.
